CHA designed the vast 240,000-square-foot project that’s used by the New Tork Army National Guard. The outdated mechanical systems were replaced, eliminating old, longstanding environmental and safety hazards. The project included upgrades to gas, electricity, sewer, water, and communication systems. A state-of-the-art roofing system was constructed, ensuring durability against the elements, and an emergency generator was installed.
